The Process
Team Platinum’s Civil Division gains a deep understanding of the project through a Preconstruction Meeting with the Owner or the Owner’s Representative.
Once project expectations are clear, our survey crews build a 3D earthwork model. This model helps us plan the site and guides our dozers, excavators, and motor graders.
Our project team pays particular attention to the geotechnical conditions and the bedding of underground utilities to ensure our product is built to last.
Team Platinum calls on our network of grassing and landscaping subcontractors to add the final touches to your project and prepare the site for final turnover to the end user.
